Stir-Fry Beef And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef flank
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 onion
    1 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Cut beef into narrow strips.
    Cut broccoli into 1-inch pieces at a diagonal angle.
    Cut onion into narrow wedges and separate. Combine beef broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a cup.
    Heat oil in a wok until very hot.
    Add beef.
    Stir-fry until brown.
    Add soy sauce mixture to vegetables; add beef and cook.
    Cover for 2 minutes.
    Cook until sauce thickens.
