Pizza Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage, casing removed and crumbled
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs or Italian bread crumbs
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, sausage, cracker crumbs, onion, garlic and egg.
    Mix salt and oregano into tomato sauce, reserving 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
    Set aside 1/3 cup seasoned tomato sauce and add remainder to meat mixture.
    Form into a loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese and 1 1/4 teaspoon of oregano.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
