Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in margarine.
    Add ground beef, brown and drain.
    Add mushrooms and mushroom liquid, pepper, salt and flour.
    Cook 5 minutes and add chicken soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes and add sour cream.
    Stir in minced parsley.
    Serve over noodles.
