Blender Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 graham crackers
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
    1 can fruit pie filling, divided (use as needed, if desired)
Preparation
    Crumb

    crackers;
    combine
    with
    oleo and press into bottom

    pan.
    Pour boiling water into blender container.\tAdd
    gelatin and process in blender until gelatin is dissolved.\tAdd
    lemon
    juice and 1 cup of cottage cheese; process until smooth.
    Repeat until all blended.
    Pour into large
    mixer bowl and add Cool Whip.
    Blend well and pour over
    graham
    cracker crust.
    Chill until firm.\tTop with pie filling if desired.
