Skillet Trash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium yellow squash, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 green zucchini squash, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 large onion, cut into rings
    2 large potatoes, peeled and cut in small cubes or slices
    1 carton fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced in 1/4-inch slices
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in large skillet.
    Cook on medium heat, covered, until vegetables are tender.
