Do-Ahead Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 2/3 c. (14 1/2 oz.) Contadina tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (1 pt.) cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain well.
    Brown chuck in skillet.
    Remove from heat; pour off excess fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Blend cottage cheese with cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
