Shrimp And Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
3 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
2 lb. shrimp or crawfish
Preparation

Saute onions and bell pepper in butter, add Rotel, soups, and cool on low heat until smooth.
Add shrimp or crawfish and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
