Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. (can) cream-style corn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. pickled jalapeno pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in muffin pans, if desired, in 300\u00b0 oven until done.
