Apricot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can unpeeled apricot halves
    6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Drain apricots, saving 1/4 cup of syrup.
    Cut apricots in half.
    In skillet brown chops (use oil if necessary).
    Pour off fat; stir in soup, sour cream, syrup and green onions.
    Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
    Add apricots and cook for 5 minutes more.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes approximately 4 servings.
