Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Rudy Farms mild sausage, cooked and drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices white bread, cubed
1/3 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs well; add milk, salt and dry mustard.
Mix well; fold in sausage, cheese and bread.
Place in 8 x 10 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
