"Uncle Pete'S" Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 twin chicken liver
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 slice white bread
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    salt and pepper
    touch of mayonnaise
Preparation
    Saute liver, onions and garlic in butter or margarine.
    Cook until tender and slightly browned.
    Remove crusts from bread and cube.
    Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend; adding enough mayonnaise to hold together.
