Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 can green chilies
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Spray 7 x 11-inch pan with nonstick coating.
    Layer Monterey Jack, Cheddar and chilies.
    Combine eggs, flour and sour cream; pour over cheese and chilies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Let set for a few minutes before cutting into bars.
    Serve hot or cold.
