Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. melted butter or salad oil
Preparation

Sift the first 4 ingredients together into a bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add to flour mixture. Beat until well blended.
Adjust milk to reach consistency of heavy cream.
Pour into a preheated waffle iron until steaming stops.
