Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1 pkg. cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese to taste
1 stick margarine
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Peel potatoes, if desired.
Slice potatoes crosswise into thin slices.
Melt margarine and dip each potato slice into melted margarine and layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
Continue to layer until all potato slices are used.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
