Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large tomato
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped peppers (yellow or red)
1 c. cubed cucumbers
1 lb. sausage
1 cake corn bread
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. pickle juice (dill)
Preparation

Fry sausage, rinse, dry and cool.
Mix all vegetables together with mayonnaise and pickle juice, then add corn bread and sausage. Serve.
