Tempura Cooking(Deep-Frying) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk or water
    oil (corn, peanut, soybean or sunflower)
    item to be fried (chicken, fish or fresh vegetable), cut in uniform 2-inch bite-size pieces
Preparation
    Batter:
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Stir milk into beaten eggs. Pour into the dry ingredients and beat.
    Let batter rest at room temperature for 1 hour before using.
