Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas (2 to 3 medium)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches, or 2 loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inches.
    Mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds;
    Pour into pan(s).
    Bake until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean, 9-inch loaf, 65 to 70 minutes; cool slightly.
    Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
    Cool completely before slicing.
    To store, wrap and refrigerate up to 1 week.
