Mirliton Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium mirlitons
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 garlic, chopped
    1 small can mushroom gravy
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 whole tomato
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    Parmesan cheese
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and cut mirlitons in small cubes.
    Cook 25 minutes with garlic, 1/2 of onions, bell peppers and celery.
    Saute shrimp and meat with remainder of vegetables in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add can of gravy.
    Combine with mirliton mixture, chopped tomato and seasonings.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Season to taste.
