Onion Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, sliced thin
4 c. beef broth
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
dash of pepper
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Saute onions in a medium size saucepan in a small amount of broth and soy sauce until translucent, about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
