Zucchini Square Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. margarine
6 to 8 c. sliced, peeled and seeded zucchini
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in margarine.
Reserve 1/2 cup of dough mix; set aside.
