Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onions
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. catsup
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. corn bread mix
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion together.
Drain grease.
Add spices and catsup and mix together.
Press around slices of iron skillet or casserole, leaving hole in center.
Pour corn in center of meat.
Make corn bread according to directions on box and pour over hamburger and corn.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
Turn out on plate.
Slice and serve.
