Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 to 4 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1 can corned beef, crumbled
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuits
2 rye crackers, crushed
Preparation

Spread sauerkraut in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Arrange tomato slices over sauerkraut.
Spread with Thousand Island dressing.
Top with corned beef and cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Separate biscuits and arrange on top of casserole.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown. Serves 6 to 8.
