Tex-Mex Won Tons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 pkg. won ton wrappers
Preparation

Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, shredded cheese, ketchup, chili powder and ground cumin in skillet until done, then add refried beans.
Add 1 teaspoon of mixture to a won ton; fold like a diaper, wetting the corners.
Then in a skillet or Fry Daddy, deep fry won tons until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite salsa.
