Crustless Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tall can milk (undiluted)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Grease and flour a pie dish or pan well.
    Add mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May add coconut or fruit.
