Coconut-Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. each: salt, soda and baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. black walnuts
2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation

Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Blend well and add coconut, nuts and coconut extract. Blend well and pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 65 minutes.
Five minutes before cake is done make following sauce.
