Jean'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can tomato sauce
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together saving a small dab tomato sauce to spread on top.
    Add enough crumbled crackers to produce a stiff mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Drain off excess grease before serving.
    Serves 6.
