Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    Worcestershire sauce
    mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    Tabasco sauce or any hot sauce
Preparation
    Let cheese set at room temperature until soft. Mix with grated cheese, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and mayonnaise, if needed, to make a pliable mix, onions, chopped ham, garlic, chopped ripe olives, chopped pimento, crushed pineapple or add your own choices. Form the mix into 2 logs or balls and roll in finely chopped pecans or paprika.
    It is better to let set in refrigerator overnight to let flavors blend. Serve at room temperature with a variety of crackers.
