Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Add salt to cabbage; let stand 1 hour.
Squeeze out excess moisture.
Add pepper and carrot.
Boil vinegar, water, sugar and spices for about 1 minute.
Cool; pour over slaw.
Package and freeze.
