Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    4 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. shelled broken walnuts
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
    3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 5/8-inch pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Cool 3 hours.
