Quick Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
2 c. fresh, chopped strawberries
8 packets Equal
1 envelope diet dessert topping
Preparation

Prepare crust and set aside.
In small saucepan, soften gelatin in cold water.
Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely.
Stir into yogurt.
Mash strawberries and fold into the yogurt.
Stir in Equal.
Pour into the graham cracker crust.
When pie is firm, whip dessert topping and spread on top of pie.
Chill. Serves 8. Contains 135 calories per serving.
