Monterey Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saut onions in butter until tender.
    Add beans, mushrooms, lemon pepper and salt.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until beans are tender.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6.
