Spaetzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    dash of white pepper
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 qt. chicken broth or water
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
    Add eggs and milk; stir to mix well (batter will be thick).
