Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plum tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. red onion, diced
    6 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    4 to 6 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced
    1/3 c. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Stir together all the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
