Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef sirloin roast
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 4 c. water
Preparation
    Put roast in crock-pot\twith
    soup and add onion.
    Salt and pepper the roast, then
    add
    enough
    water to cover top of roast. Turn crock-pot on low and cook all day.
