Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) salmon
    1 1/2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first four foods.
    Form cone shaped; dip into cracker crumbs.
    Cook 5 minutes on each side.
