Chocolate Sheet Cake Or Texas Hot Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together sugar and flour.
In a saucepan, mix together butter, cocoa, water and buttermilk.
Bring to rapid boil.
Add to flour and sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Add beaten eggs, soda and vanilla.
Pour in greased and floured 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Frost while warm.
