Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Mix egg, milk and vanilla.
    Combine with flour and mix well.
    Chill for about 1 hour, then roll out and cut.
    Cook in a 250\u00b0 oven.
