Israeli Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 large carrots, shredded
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
Preparation

Combine garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil with 2 tablespoons parsley.
Toss with carrots to mix well.
Pour onto serving plate and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon parsley. Makes 4 servings.
