Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. red peppers, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms
    cheese
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on pizza pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, dressing and Miracle Whip well, then spread over baked crescent rolls.
    Add vegetables.
    Grate cheese on top.
    Chill and serve.
