Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    4 onion slices
    4 lemon slices
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chops in an ungreased pan.
    Top each chop with 1 slice each of onion and lemon, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 30 minutes more, basting occasionally, until done.
