Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 c. cheese, grated
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli\tfor
    5\tminutes;
    drain.
    Combine eggs, mayonnaise,
    mushroom
    soup and grated onion; mix well.
    Place in a greased casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.\tBake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
