Hershey'S Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. margarine
3 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine chocolate chips, margarine and vanilla in large bowl. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in saucepan; boil 9 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour boiling mixture over the mixture in the bowl.
Stir until butter and chips melt.
Beat with electric mixer until it begins to thicken.
Pour into pan and let set for 4 to 6 hours.
