Colonial Peanut And Chestnut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 qt. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. smooth peanut butter
    1/2 c. unsalted peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine flour and margarine to make a roux.
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
    Add peanut butter and stir.
    Simmer on low. Garnish with chopped peanuts and water chestnuts.
