Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 c. milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and softened butter well, until sugar is dissolved.
    Add eggs. Beat well.
    Add milk.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg over top.
    Bake for 7 minutes at 425\u00b0. Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes until it simmers.
