Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. or 2 small French-style green beans, frozen
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cheese, grated (Swiss or Mozzarella)
corn flakes, crushed
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Cook beans as directed.
Drain.
Make sauce with butter, flour, salt, pepper, sour cream and cheese.
Add beans to this mixture and top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
