Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices diet bread, cubed
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    6 egg whites
    1/3 c. fructose
    cinnamon and vanilla to taste
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix together skim milk, melted margarine, egg whites and fructose and pour over bread.
    Add cinnamon and vanilla to taste. Add raisins. Bake in muffin pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
