Plum Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 fresh prune plums
    8 oz. dry cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    12 sugar cubes
Preparation
    Pit prune plums.
    Place 1 sugar cube inside pitted plum.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, dry cottage cheese, butter and salt, beating until smooth.
    Chill dough.
    Divide dough into 12 portions.
    Wrap dough around plum, sealing!
    Cook in boiling water (salted) 10 minutes with cover.
    Drain.
