Raisin Energy Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dried apricots, chopped
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. liquid milk
    1 c. quick oats
    1/3 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Combine raisins, apricots, dry milk, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Mix.
    Stir in flour and wheat germ.
    Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugar.
    Add egg, vanilla and liquid milk.
    Combine with dry mixture and add oats and sunflower seeds. Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
