Radish Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. (40) radishes
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. minced chives
Preparation
    Put radishes in blender; cover with water.
    Blend at high speed about 3 seconds, until radishes are chopped.
    Pour in a colander; sprinkle with salt and mix.
    Allow to drain 1/2 hour. In a bowl, mix radishes, sour cream, vinegar, chives and pepper. Refrigerate.
    Yields 2 cups.
