Lucille Stock'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. pecan and frosting mix
1 c. oatmeal (dry)
4 eggs
2 large bananas
8 oz. sour cream
1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in frosting and oatmeal.
In another bowl, beat eggs, bananas and sour cream.
Then add cake mix. Layer frosting mix and cake mix dough 3 times each, with frosting on top.
Use greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes.
Pull out tube with cake on it and continue to cool.
Then turn out on plate top up.
